What: Cisco AnyConnect VPN software version update

When: Monday, July 24, 2023, 6:30 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Information Technology Services (ITS) will enable the auto-update feature for Cisco AnyConnect. The AnyConnect software should update to version 4.10.07061 on Mac computers, and 4.10.07062 for Windows during the next attempt to establish a VPN connection to sslvpn.uncg.edu or vendorvpn.uncg.edu. If a message appears directing you to restart the computer to complete the installation, then reboot and reconnect to VPN.
