Who: Students, faculty, and staff
What: eduroam clients configured with username only will be redirected to a captive portal page with a link to re-configure the device.
When: Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 8:00 a.m.
Why: This will help remediate improperly configured clients and ensure proper roaming when visiting other eduroam locations. Connection to eduroam will not be granted after Wednesday, March 13 until devices are properly reconfigured.

To preemptively avoid connection issues, ensure your eduroam client is properly configured by visiting UNCG’s SecureW2 page.

Why: This will help remediate improperly configured clients and ensure proper roaming when visiting other eduroam locations. Connection to eduroam will not be granted after Monday, March 4 until devices are properly reconfigured. 

To preemptively avoid connection issues, ensure your eduroam client is fully configured with both [email protected] and password by visiting UNCG’s SecureW2 page
