What: UNCG is upgrading Banner Finance, Employee, and General from Self-Service Banner 8 to Self-Service Banner 9 (SSB9).
When: Wednesday, November 8, 2023, 5:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. 
Why: Banner module upgrades

Self-Service Banner 9 (SSB9) interfaces will upgrade Wednesday, November 8 with a new look and feel.

These changes are scheduled to take place during systems time, outside of business hours to minimize operational impact. However, there may be downtime during the business day on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, for post-release testing. Key users in each department will test the environment after the release.
